Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use Tandem, a downloadable website template sold by Ngo Van Bon, an independent developer based in Vietnam ("we", "us").

1. What you buy

Tandem is a digital product: a ZIP file containing source code, documentation and a license file. It is delivered as a download right after payment. There is no hosted service, subscription or physical shipping.

2. Payments

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales taxes. Prices are shown in USD on the product page and are one-time payments.

3. License

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tandem as described in the license included in the download. In short:

• Personal license: one end product for yourself or one client.
• Team license: unlimited end products by you or your company.
• You may modify the code and use your end products commercially.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the template or its source code.

4. Refunds

Because Tandem is a digital download, sales are generally final. If the files are broken or the template does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

5. Updates and support

Buyers receive free updates within version 1.x. We provide email support for setup questions and bugs and aim to reply within 2 business days. Support does not include custom development.

6. No warranty

Tandem is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it fits your particular purpose or that it is free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Tandem.

7. Demo content

All names, companies, emails and numbers shown in the live demo are fictional sample data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you bought.
